ASHRISE GLOBAL LTD · UPDATED 11 SEPTEMBER 2026
Terms of Service
Website terms and the framework for business engagements with Ashrise Global Ltd.
1. Website and service provider
This website is provided by Ashrise Global Ltd, a BVI Business Company with its registered office at Vistra Corporate Services Centre, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands. In these terms, “Ashrise”, “we”, and “us” refer to Ashrise Global Ltd.
Business and website enquiries: contact@ashrise.xyz.
2. Business customers and authorized users
Our services are offered to companies for use by their authorized employees and project teams. They are not offered here as retail consumer products. Anyone requesting or ordering services on behalf of a company must have appropriate authority. The customer is responsible for identifying authorized users and the permissions they require.
3. Service scope and agreements
Our capabilities include AI-enabled SaaS, custom software development, data analytics, API integration, cloud and software infrastructure, dashboards, monitoring, alerts, workflow automation, risk-management tools, IT consulting, and technical support.
Website descriptions provide an overview; they do not activate a service or commit either party to a project. Services supplied by Ashrise Global Ltd are governed by an accepted quotation and a written agreement, statement of work, or service order identifying Ashrise Global Ltd and the corporate customer. Those documents define the actual deliverables, responsibilities, access rights, schedule, acceptance criteria, and any service levels.
If a service agreement differs from this website’s general description, the agreed service documents govern that engagement.
4. Custom pricing and payment
All services are priced according to the customer’s requirements. There are no standard public price plans. Depending on the agreed scope, charges may include subscription and usage fees, development and implementation fees, cloud-service fees, maintenance and technical-support fees, and consulting fees.
The written quotation or order specifies the applicable amounts, currency, billing basis, taxes where applicable, and payment schedule. Any metered service must have an agreed billable unit and calculation. Evaluation work and proof-of-concept projects require a separately agreed scope and confirmation of any fees.
Invoices for an Ashrise engagement identify Ashrise Global Ltd and reference the agreed services and payment instructions. Questions about an invoice or any change of payment instructions should be verified through contact@ashrise.xyz before payment.
5. Delivery, changes, and ongoing services
Project changes, additional work, and ongoing support are subject to written agreement. Support coverage, response targets, subscription duration, renewal, cancellation, termination, and any refund or credit arrangements are set out in the applicable service documents. No particular support response time, uptime level, or commercial result is promised solely by this website.
Software ownership, licenses, third-party components, confidentiality, and customer-data handling are addressed in the relevant agreement. No ownership of project deliverables is transferred simply by visiting this website.
6. Responsible use
Do not use this website or our services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with systems, or infringement of another person’s rights. Customers must have authority to provide the data and system access required for their engagement. AI-assisted outputs and analytical indicators should be reviewed by appropriately authorized people before being relied on for business decisions.
7. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains this website and business-enquiry data handling. Customer application data and deployment-specific processing are addressed in the applicable service agreement and any required data-processing terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@ashrise.xyz or addressed to Ashrise Global Ltd at the registered office above. Updated website terms will carry a revised date. They do not, by themselves, amend an existing signed service agreement.
